浅谈教练员专业素质的培养

摘要
教练员专业素质指教练员通过专门的培训和经验而获得,具有专业化和技术化的特点,以一种结构形态而存在的,动态的、教练员自身素质的不断完善的过程,主要包括多层复合的专业知识、专业技能和专业态度。我国教练员专业素质存在文化素质普遍不高、教练员学历水平偏低、现代信息技术和外语水平不容乐观、部分教练员缺乏贵任感和敬业精神等问题,提出了教练员专业素质的培养的对策。
