摘要
随着经济社会的发展,消防工作也越来越收到重视,但国内关于公共消防政策执行理论的研究还很欠缺,本文将利用公共政策学中的公共政策执行模式理论,探讨当今一些公共消防政策执行中的科学合理成分及各种执行偏差,提出在公共消防政策的执行过程中应把握的科学手段及原则。
