建设马克思主义学习型政党是当代社会经济发展的客观要求。建设学习型党组织是建设马克思主义学习型政党的基础工程。党校图书馆应该发挥自己的功能优势,将建设学习型党组织视作自己义不容辞的光荣使命。为建设学习型党组织服务,是新的历史条件下党校图书馆社会功能和社会责任所面对的新命题。
