浅谈基础隔震技术在建筑上应用与发展

摘要
近几年来,全球地震灾害频发,建筑物的抗震减灾性能逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。本文从分析基础隔震结构建筑与传统抗震建筑的差异,重点介绍了基础隔震结构的技术关键—基础隔震层和隔震装置。结合近20多年来隔震结构建筑成功运用的实例,凸显出了隔震结构建筑在抗震方面的优越性,最后,结合基础隔震技术的经济性,对未来隔震结构建筑的发展做了分析。
