老旧码头通过检测、评估是安全投入生产、挖掘潜力和提高港口吞吐能力的需要,是解决码头因没通过竣工验收而未获经营许可导致闲置问题的主要途径。文中以老旧重力式码头为例,介绍了检测、评估的主要内容及注意事项。
