通过对电力设计企业在电力体制改革下的生产模式和存在的问题分析,论述了设计阶段工程造价控制对电力设计企业发展的重要性。本文作者以提升电力设计企业竞争力为目的,对设计阶段造价控制的措施进行了探讨。
