摘要
济钢中厚板厂由于轧制节奏快,造成热矫后温度高,在冷床上冷却不均匀而产生二次瓢曲。为进一步提高钢板外观质量,开发薄规格钢板,创造更好的后部精整条件,在成品检查台输入辊道后布置一台先进的冷矫直机。介绍了3500mm冷矫直机的主要技术参数和结构特点以及投产后的应用效果。
