摘要
选拔优秀大学生到农村任职,改善了农村干部组织结构,促进了新农村建设,为农村发展注入了新的活力。政策实行以来,取得了显著的成效,但也面临着很多问题。加强对影响大学生村官职业发展的因素和对职业发展途径的思考,有利于促进大学生村官在新农村建设中发挥聪明才智,扎实推进新农村建设的关键。
