摘要
装备的维修性和可靠性很大程度上依赖于装备备件的数质量和管理水平,美国海军备件管理短缺问题而导致的重要武器系统战备水平明显下降的案例也提示我们要更加重视装备备件的管理。本文从装备备件管理的目标任务、工作内容和重点问题等三个方面做了较系统的探讨。
