教育部提出的＂卓越工程师教育培养计划＂是未来较长时期内我国高等工程教育改革的重大举措,是促进高校培养适应社会和经济发展需要的高级专门人才的一项新的＂质量工程＂。本文从地方高校土木工程专业的角度,对如何适应这项改革提出了自己的看法。
