摘要
高职学院图书馆的自身特性和功能,决定了它在校园文化建设中具有不可替代的重要地位和作用,因此图书馆员产生职业倦怠的现象是不可忽视的。本文通过对引起职业倦怠的原因的分析,找出了一些克服职业倦怠的方法。
