CDM在风力发电中的应用研究

摘要
CDM（Clean Development Mechanism,即清洁发展机制）是为应对全球气候变暖问题实现全球温室气体减排而形成的一种发达国家和发展中国家的合作机制,是一种＂双赢＂机制。本文分析了CDM项目的管理方法,通过对在风电项目中开发CDM项目过程中的主要问题研究,找出影响CDM项目开发应用中的关键因素。本文的研究结果对其他节能减排的项目实施CDM进行融资有一定的借鉴作用。
