Q开关532nm和1064nm激光综合治疗咖啡斑10例疗效分析
Analysis of the Witch Therapy of Q-532 nm Laser and 1064 nm Laser for Cafe-au-lait Spots
摘要
目的：观察Q开关532nm和1064nm激光综合治疗咖啡斑的疗效。方法：采用Q开关532nm治疗头和Q开关1064nm治疗头交替治疗，即第一次治疗采用Q开关532nm治疗头对皮损部位进行治疗，间隔2个月后的第二次治疗采用Q开关1064nm治疗头，治疗参数根据当日皮损的具体情况进行调整，能量选择由低到高。治疗周期为一年，随访一年。结果：本次治疗的10倒患者，面部均未产生疤痕，3倒患者色斑基本消失，5例患者色斑面积明显减小，色斑颜色明显变淡，2例患者面部色斑无明显变化。结论：采用Q开关532nm和1064nm
