以理论指导实践——推进高校辅导员培训的理论建设

摘要
党中央出台了《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》的16号文件以来（简称16号文），高校辅导员的队伍建设愈来愈受到重视。教育部进一步提出要在辅导员、班主任的培训工作上加大力度。目前高校中辅导员培训工作还存在着培训理念不清等不足之处，影响到辅导员队伍的建设。因此，我们要在确定全面的培训理念，加强政治素质的提高等几方面提升培训工作，提高辅导员培训工作的实效性和针对性。
