摘要
无效婚姻制度，包括可撤销的婚姻制度，在婚姻家庭法中的地位至关重要。为了加强中英两国婚姻立法制度的对比，本文从系统功能语言学的及物性系统角度，以婚姻无效制度为例对中英婚姻家庭制定法语篇进行对比分析，并深入解释中英立法语言特点和作用，以及扩展解读中英立法语篇背后的法律文化。
