本文根据河北省发展的实际状况提出适合河北省风电行业的发展建议。首先介绍了SWOT分析法；其次分析了河北省风力发电行业发展面临的环境，包括内部环境和外部环境；最后，利用SWOT分析及层次分析法对河北省风电行业面临的环境进行分析。
