根据济南钢铁股份有限公司第一炼钢厂铁水复合脱硫的喷吹原理，探索钝化石灰的生产及应用实践，通过控制原料指标，改进研磨方式，优化生产工艺，提高其钝化效果和流动性，解决了堵枪、喷溅等问题，实现了45吨瘦长型铁水包的连续稳定喷吹。
