临床医学专业2007级学生学习动机影响因素分析
Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Junior Students＇ Learning Motivation
摘要
通过近几年对学生整体学风状况的观察发现，优秀宿舍成员大多学习动机强，学习成绩优秀．而后进宿舍成员，大多学习动机不强，成绩较差。这一点在2007级临床医学专业学生身上表现尤为突出。通过对2007级进行问卷调查，目的在于探究学习动机的具体影响因素，探讨宿舍学风与学习动机是否相关。问卷调查结果显示，2007级学生学习风气良好，宿舍关系融洽，学生有较强的学习动机。同时，还发现正处于毕业前一年的2007学生，由于对就业与职业发展非常关注，学生心理压力较大。提出为保护学生学习动力的宿舍管理对策。
