文章通过对职业教育现状的分析，说明了职业教育在我国教育体系中的重要战略高地，阐述了职业教育在我国新的历史发展阶段中所担负的艰巨任务及重大责任。同时阐明了职业教育在新时期教育体系中不可缺少的地位。
