暨南大学港澳大学生体质状况分析及对策

中文摘要：通过体质测试、文献资料法、数理统计法和问卷调查等,对暨南大学来自香港、澳门的大学生的体质状况进行分析,结果表明：港澳大学生的总体体质状况优于全国均值,但肥胖率和近视率较高。建议进一步加强健康教育,培养港澳大学生体育锻炼习惯,促进港澳大学生养成积极健康的生活方式;有关教学部门应建立体质健康测量与评价反馈系统,根据每个学生具体的体质状况由专职教师制定合适的运动处方,并进行动态监测,使学生的体质锻炼更符合个体化、科学化。
