中文摘要：单体液压支柱可供采煤工作面支护顶板，一旦发生炸裂不但不能有效地管理顶板，造成冒顶事故，而且炸裂的碎片还可能直接伤人。本文通过对缸体炸裂原因的分析，在现有的生产条件下，不增加缸体的厚度和改变缸体的结构，通过调整工艺来提高它的强度．既减少投入，又保证了支柱的安全使用。
