足正面颠球部位标准化的研究

摘要
本人在足球脚背正面颠球教学时,发现同学颠球部位略有不同,颠球质量相差甚远,为此对国内多所高校中足球专选同学脚背正面颠球之部位进行了调查并分别用各种颠球部位进行了实验研究,通过对实验结果的整理、分析以及对相关文献的查阅和专家访谈,发现脚背正面颠球时采取不同部位进行颠球对体能消耗、足球稳定性、踢球准确性和稳定性等多方面存在明显影响,希望本研究能够引起足球教学、教练人员的重视,为提高我国足球事业做出努力。
