摘要
加强辅导员队伍建设,是高校进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的重要组织保证和长效机制。建设高学历辅导员队伍,是新时期高校思想政治教育工作的迫切需要。文章结合各高校辅导员队伍建设现状,对研究生从事辅导员工作的利与弊进行分析,针对弊端提出有针对性的对策建议,为高校辅导员队伍建设提供一些参考。
