Diabetes （Ⅱ） and Its Exercise Therapy
摘要
随着糖尿病研究和认识的不断深化,目前对糖尿病的治疗主要采取饮食疗法、运动疗法、药物疗法、健康教育、血糖与尿糖的监测等5个方面的综合治疗。但始终把运动疗法作为糖尿病综合治疗中的一项最基本的治疗方法之一。本文着重阐述了II型糖尿病运动疗法的作用、运动疗法的实施方法及注意事项。
Abstract
As the deepening of cognition for diabetes research, the five main treating way of diabetes are dietotherapy therapy, exercise therapy, drug therapy, health education and the supervise of blood glucose and glucosuria. But exercise therapy is the base way.
