摘要
就目前高校培养人才与企业用工需求之间的矛盾,提出＂校企对接＂的《传感器原理与应用》课程的教改模式：课程教学内容与行业技术领域和职业岗位的任职要求充分结合,教学方式以企业用工需求为导向,激发学生兴趣,培养职业技能。提高了学生的职业技能和素养,更加适合社会的发展需要。
