基于Matlab的旋转机械转子不平衡故障诊断研究

摘要
本文以旋转机械为对象,采用Matlab软件平台,通过绘制转子在不平衡时的时域图、频域图和轴心轨迹图,分析旋转机械的振动故障。首先介绍了转子不平衡的故障机理,然后通过ZONICBOOK系统进行了转子不平衡故障的实例验证分析。试验表明,采用Matlab方法能较好地诊断转子的振动故障。
