摘要
结合成都市三环路在施工期间的施工路段实行单双号限行的举措,讨论了单双号限行这种措施是否可以长期实行,若要长期实施单双号限行,对于一个城市来说,应该具备的条件如何。最后结合成都市三环路的替代线路和公共交通情况提出了自己的看法。
