摘要
利用NoteExpress软件平台构建了科技查新档案管理系统,详细介绍了了NoteExpress查新档案管理平台的构建及其使用过程。利用该查新档案管理信息化平台实现了查新档案精细化存储,查新档案自动化检索,人性化管理及其多元化服务功能。该档案信息化平台强大的管理功能不仅极大减轻了查新档案管理员的工作负荷,还提高提高了查新站的工作效率,拓展了查新服务内容。
