关联理论分析下的短篇小说幽默——以马克·吐温为例
Short Story Humor in Light of Relevance Theory： The Case of Mark Twain
摘要
关联理论较好地解释了马克.吐温短篇小说的幽默效果,可以帮助我们理解马克.吐温在创作中使用的幽默手法。文章选取了吐温短篇小说中几个具有代表性的例子,并运用关联理论的最大关联与最佳关联的概念分析幽默产生的根源,最终得出结论,通过修辞方法体现的最大与最佳关联之间的不协调就是幽默产生的关键因素。

Incongruity theory properly explains humorous effects of Mark Twain s sketches,giving us a better understanding on the author s writing tactics. This paper has chosen some distinguished examples from Twain＇s short stories and analyzed them with Relevance
