摘要
分离提取纯净完整的RNA对于分子克隆实验是很重要的,而且是进行基因表达分析的基础。本实验通过总RNA纯化试剂盒（V-gene Total RNA Purification Kit）从蚯蚓体内提取蚯蚓纤溶酶总RNA,为下一步进行RT-PCR等分子克隆实验打下了基础。
