摘要
当前,加强员工培训已成为时代的迫切要求和企业生存发展的根本。企业既不能因为风险而放弃培训,也不能因为培训重要而放弃风险的防范。所以,企业应该加强培训中的风险管理,防范员工跳槽风险的发生,提高培训效益。
