摘要
石油化工企业生产具有高温高压、易燃、易爆、易中毒的特点。石化生产工艺的特殊性决定了石化工程项目的高标准要求,一旦大型石化安装项目设备出现问题,会带来一系列严重的后果,往往会导致装置停产、火灾爆炸、环境污染、人身伤亡等事故的发生,后果将不堪设想。即使不会造成严重的安全事故,也要进行必要的设备维修。由此决定了石化工程项目质量管理的重要性。
