摘要

因循环水药剂投加不当产生的泡沫,使出空冷塔的气体夹带泡沫进入分子筛吸附器,导致分子筛失效,空分装置被迫停车。文章介绍了故障经过和原因分析,并阐述了故障处理及故障预防措施。

An improper usage of medicament into circulatory cooling water led to a mass bubbles. Water ,together with bubbles through the outlet air from air cooling tower entered molecular sieve adsorber ,which disabled its adsorption of water. As a result, the air
