摘要
本文首先阐述了有效教学的定义,并以我国高职教学实际情况为出发点,从教学目标、学生素质、师资定位和教学方法四个方面分析了影响高职教育有效教学的原因,针对这些原因,结合高职教育的人才培养要求,从目标的明确、师资的定位、教学的有效组织和高层次思维训练几个方面阐述了促进高职有效教学的具体方法。
