摘要
纯粹的法治是有缺陷的,只有法治与德治的完美结合才能实现社会利益的最大化。通过对道德与法律的学理含义及二者关系的阐述,提出了法治与德治互动结合的必然性。
Abstract
The facts have proved that only the rule of law is defective. It can reach to maximization only combining law with moral. After elaborating the connotation of law and moral and the relation ,the paper brings out the inevitability of the two interacting.
