回顾近年来我国城市供热管道爆炸的典型案例,从热负荷计算不准确、管道连接混乱、乱用阀门及补偿器、管道中发生水机现象、管道埋深没达到最小覆土深度、管道超年超年限使用、管道保温层受损、自然灾害导致爆管,总共8个方面分析了供热管道爆炸的根源。结合现行的行业标准及现场实际经验,从开发商精选设计院和施工单位、设计人员避免设计不足、采购人员合理选择设备、施工人员规范施工、供热部门强化运行操作和管理,总共5个方面提出预防供城市供热管道爆炸措施,得出一切城市供热管道爆炸都可以预防的结论。
Review of the typical cases in recent years,the explosion of cities' heating pipes in china,from the calculation of heating load is not accurate,pipes connection is chaos,with the valve and the compensator,pipes water occur,the buried depth of pipes is not up to the minimum depth of covering,the duration use of Pipes, the insulation damage of pipes,natural disasters cause detonation tube,a total of eight aspects analyzes the source of the explosion of cities' heating pipes. Combined with the current industry standards and practical experience in field,from the developers select design institutes and construction units,design staff to prevent deficiencies in design, equipment procurement staff reasonable selection,construction personnel specification construction,the department of heating to strengthen the operation and management,a total of five aspects of the explosion of cities'heating pipes prevention measures are put forward,and draw all the explosion of cities' heating pipes are preventable.
