The digital Costas loop carrier synchronization method based on Software Radio engineering is researched in this paper. The key parameters of Costas loop is analyzed by mathematics and the realization method of turning analog filter into digital is used for turning Costas loop. The result of simulation shows the digital Costas loop can pick up the original carrier very well and this method can be expanded for MSK application.
