Using the method of plate mediun separation,the ensophytic bacteria of trogopterus xanthippes milne-edwads sampled from Fuhai or Altai of Altai region had been separated.And through separation and culture and microscopic morphology and initiative identifi-cation, we had gotten 2 bacteria and a fugus Alternaria from the trogopterus xanthippes milne-edwads sampled in Fuhai of Altai Region, and had gotten 3 fungi as belonged to Fusarium or Aspergillus or fungi Phomopsis from the trogopterus xanthippes milne-edwads sam-pled in Altai of Altai Region. Trogopterus xanthippes Milne-edwads was rich in medicinal value, and it would be for further study wether the medicinal value of Trogopterus xanthippes Milne-edwads and these ensophytic bacteria with a definite link.
