Wood energy forest is an important part of renewable energy, wood energy forest is not only a new direction of energy development, but also an effective way to realize sustainable development of forest region. Daxing'anling forest region of Heilongjiang province is rich in land resources, which provides a good resource base for the development of wood energy forest. This paper were studied and discussed the necessity, feasibility, resource conditions, cultivation situation, effects and the measures for construction of Hip-pophae rhamnoides Linn. Wood Energy Forest in Daxing'anling forest region, and puts forward the suggestions on construction H. rham-noides Linn. forest.
