提高重点产业产业链韧性水平已经成为构建新发展格局的关键着力点。本文采用 2007-2021年数据测算27 个制造业细分行业产业链韧性水平,分析时空变化规律并基于正态云模型作韧性评价。研究发现:仪器仪表、通用设备、化学原料等制造业产业链韧性水平评价弱,抗风险能力有待提升;技术创新能够提升制造业产业链韧性,并且技术创新水平对产业链韧性存在市场规模和研发投入的门槛效应。从异质性检验来看,技术创新对中低技术型制造业产业链韧性提升作用显著。
Evaluation of the resilience of China's manufacturing industry chain and analysis of the impact of technological innovation
