产业链供应链现代化与绿色创新耦合协调性分析

为研究我国"一带一路"沿线省域产业链供应链现代化与绿色创新发展水平的耦合关系,构建产业链供应链现代化与绿色创新评价指标体系,以"一带一路"沿线 17 个省域数据为样本,运用熵权TOPSIS法测度2013-2021 年评价指标体系各系统的发展水平,利用修正后的耦合协调模型测度其融合水平。最后通过Dagum基尼系数分析产业链供应链现代化及绿色创新协调发展水平的演化动态及区域差异。结果表明:"一带一路"沿线省域产业链供应链现代化水平整体呈上升态势;从两系统耦合协调发展水平来看,北部地区协调水平最高,其次是西北部、西南部以及东部地区;从总体差异来看,各区域间两系统耦合协调发展水平差异在不断减小,存在收敛现象。
Analysis of the coupling and coordination between modernization of industrial chain supply chain and green innovation
In the context of continuous changes in the international economic situation,the development of industrial and supply chains has become very difficult.Therefore,the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of Chi-na proposed to enhance the resilience of industrial and supply chains in responding to risks,challenges,and shocks.At the same time,it also proposed to accelerate the green transformation of development methods,further enhance the diversity,stability,and sustainability of ecosystems,and actively and prudently promote carbon peak and carbon neutrality.Therefore,in the new development pattern of dual circulation at home and abroad,it is cru-cial to clarify the coupling relationship between the industrial chain supply chain and green innovation for the high-quality development and long-term sustainable development of the provincial economy along the'the Belt and Road'.To study the coupling relationship between the supply chain modernization of provincial industrial chains a-long the'the Belt and Road'and the development level of green innovation.This paper establishes the evaluation index system of industrial chain supply chain modernization and green innovation respectively,selects the relevant data of 17 provinces along the'the Belt and Road'from 2013 to 2021,uses the entropy weight TOPSIS method to measure the development level of provincial industrial chain supply chain modernization and green innovation,and then uses the modified coupling coordination model to measure the coordinated development level of 17 provincial industrial chain supply chains and green innovation,and further use the Dagum Gini coefficient to reveal the region-al gap in the integration level of provincial industrial chain supply chain and green innovation.The results show that:first,the whole province along the'the Belt and Road'has a trend of first rising,then falling and then rising in the modernization of the industrial chain supply chain,and a continuous upward trend in green innovation.Sec-ondly,the coupling and coordination level between the industrial chain,supply chain,and green innovation system in the sample provinces along the route is generally low,and there is a small gap in the development of coupling and coordination between the two systems in each province.In terms of regional coordination,the coupling and co-ordination level is the best in the northern region,followed by the northwest,southwest,and eastern regions.Third,from the perspective of overall differences,the coordination difference between the provincial industrial chain supply chain and green innovation coupling along the'the Belt and Road'shows a trend of first rising and then declining.From the perspective of regional differences,the Gini coefficient in the region shows an overall downward trend with local fluctuations,and there are differences in the evolution trend of Gini coefficients among different regions.Among them,the difference in the coordinated development level of each province in the northern region is the smallest,and the difference in the northwest region is the largest.From the perspective of regional differences,the level of coupling and coordinated development between the two systems in each region is continu-ously decreasing,and there is a convergence phenomenon.
