Research on tripartite evolutionary Game of cloud manufacturing service platform trading from the perspective of blockchain empowerment
The manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy.After the accumulation and precip-itation of reform and opening up,the scale of China's manufacturing industry accounts for close to 30%of the world,but China's manufacturing industry is still in the low-end of the international division of labor,and the prob-lem of being at the low-end of the'smile curve'is difficult to solve.The root causes are mainly reflected in the weak ability of technology development and technology innovation,incomplete market mechanism,low degree of mechanization,low efficiency and so on.As a service-oriented,knowledge-based networked intelligent manufactur-ing model,cloud manufacturing provides the manufacturing industry with all kinds of manufacturing activities that can be obtained at any time and used on demand.However,in the process of implementing cloud manufacturing services under the traditional model,there will also be some risks and problems,such as the lack of continuous,stable and high-quality manufacturing services in traditional cloud manufacturing,and low efficiency in the quality and timeliness of manufacturing task execution on the demand side of manufacturing resources.Blockchain technol-ogy,as an emerging distributed storage and trust mechanism based on decentralized data sharing and smart con-tracts,can ensure the integrity,credibility,and traceability of cloud manufacturing services while ensuring data se-curity and data privacy.In addition,blockchain technology can also provide comprehensive supervision of various transactions,manufacturing processes and quality audits in cloud manufacturing services,thus achieving more effi-cient,reliable and transparent cloud manufacturing services.The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference between the transaction behaviors of the supply and demand parties after the introduction of blockchain technology in the cloud manufacturing platform and the traditional mode.By building an evolutionary Game model of the cloud platform operator,the manufacturing resource users and the manufacturing resource providers in the cloud manufac-turing platform,and using MATLAB 2016b software to conduct simulation analysis.This paper explores the benefits and dynamic Game of the tripartite evolution of cloud manufacturing under two different circumstances based on blockchain technology and traditional mode,and analyzes the effects of operating costs,waiting costs,default los-ses,reward and punishment mechanisms,cooperation benefits and default benefits on the results of the tripartite e-volution Game under two different modes of supply and demand cooperation transactions from theoretical and practi-cal cases.The results of the study found that:blockchain technology-enabled cloud manufacturing service platform can reduce the operating costs of the cloud manufacturing platform,and this advantage can help attract cloud plat-form operators to adopt the blockchain model;the decentralisation,tampering and traceability characteristics of the blockchain technology make the potential losses suffered by the defaulting party significantly increase if there is a breach of contract by both the supply and demand partners,and therefore the introduction of blockchain technology can effectively Therefore,the introduction of blockchain technology can effectively inhibit the default behaviour of both supply and demand partners and reduce the risk of losses suffered by the cloud platform operator;in the serv-ice process of the cloud manufacturing platform,strengthen the protection of the reward and punishment system of the supply and demand contract or the smart contract,and strictly implement the penalties for the breach of con-tract,so as to effectively inhibit the breach of contract of both supply and demand parties;the cloud platform opera-tor strictly monitors the performance of the supply and demand parties,and establishes a reasonable compensation system and standard in the smart contract to ensure that the rights and interests of the contract-abiding party are pro-tected.The cloud platform operator strictly monitors the the three parties of the Game under the op-eration modes chosen by the cloud platform operator of the traditional and blockchain modes,expanding and deepe-ning the research on the transaction behaviours of the supply and demand parties of the cloud manufacturing plat-form.It provides a new theoretical perspective for the systematic study of blockchain empowerment in cloud manu-facturing platform.It is conducive to promoting the research of cloud manufacturing service platform,clarifying the advantages of blockchain empowerment,and providing reference significance for accelerating the digital transforma-tion of cloud manufacturing platform.
