The Mechanism and Path of Digital Capability Promoting High-quality Development of Manufacturing Enterprises——An Empirical Analysis of Zhejiang Province
With the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,manufacturing enterprises are required to promote the transformation of business processes and models through digital capability.As a leading area of digital reform,Zhejiang Province ranks the first in the country in terms of digital comprehensive development.This paper takes 160 manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang as the research object.The empirical results show that digital capability specifically promotes the high-quality development of manufactur-ing enterprises through sensing,utilizing and integrating,consumer and technology orientation have a positive impact on the develop-ment of digital capability,and digital capability plays a partial mediation role in the impact of strategic orientation on high-quality de-velopment.Based on the perspective of organizational process,this study supplements the definition of digital capability and high-quali-ty development of manufacturing enterprises,clarifies the logic of digital capability promoting high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises,tests the feasible path of digital capability to high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises,enriches theory studies of digital economy,and has practical guiding significance for high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises.
