The Interactive Relationship between Regional Innovation Capacity,Industrial Structure Upgrading and Economic Development Resilience——Based on the Empirical Study of 9 Provinces in the Yellow River Basin
Based on the relevant panel data of nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin from 2011 to 2020,this paper uses entropy weight TOPSIS,Theil Index and PVAR models to explore the interaction mechanism of regional innovation ability,industrial structure upgrading and economic development resilience.The research shows that regional innovation ability,industrial structure upgrading and economic development resilience all have economic inertia.Regional innovation ability has a significant impact on industrial structure upgrading;industrial structure upgrading strengthens the economic development resilience.It is necessary to continue to promote the development of regional innovation capacity,deepen technological innovation,optimize industrial structure,and further promote the in-tegrated high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
