In the context of enterprise digital transformation,explore the impact of HR devolution on HRM effectiveness.constructs a theoretical model of the impact of HR devolution on HRM effectiveness based on the past literature review,and conducts a question-naire survey on enterprises carrying out digital transformation,then analyses based on 446 valid samples.The study finds that HR de-volution has a positive impact on HRM effectiveness;However,the positive moderating effect of digital transformation on HR devolution and HRM effectiveness cannot be verified.Finally,the conclusion and implications for the future research are put forward.
