This paper uses the panel data of China's A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2021 to empirically test the nonlinear mech-anism of enterprise technological diversity on enterprise resilience. The study finds that:the impact of technological diversity on enter-prise resilience presents an inverted U-shaped,rising first and then falling;the digital transformation of enterprises plays an intermedi-ary role in the inverted U-shaped relationship;the degree of agglomeration of enterprises in the area where the enterprise is located has a heterogeneous impact on the inverted U-shaped relationship.Compared with enterprises at low levels, for enterprises in regions with high levels of enterprise agglomeration, the technological diversity can play a more significant role in enterprise resilience. Therefore, from the perspective of digital transformation,by adjusting the level of technological diversity to a certain extent, enterprises can en-hance their resilience and development ability. The agglomeration development of regional enterprises is conducive to improving the technological diversification ability and resilience of enterprises.
