The only way to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals is to give full play to the supporting role of technological innovation.By organizing the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality innovation progress abroad,and combining the status quo of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality innovation in Jiangsu Province,this article took the special fund of Jiangsu Province for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality innovation technological innovation as the research object and conducted an analysis from the perspectives of ap-plication year,regional distribution,type distribution,project undertaking subject,research field of special fund projects for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality;it aimed to find out the current advantages and disadvantages and had a certain positive significance for speeding up the promotion effect of science and technology in achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality objectives of Jiangsu Prov-ince.Based on the analysis,suggestions were proposed in technological management work of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality so as to serve as a reference for developing.
