摘要

合理的环境规制水平对企业绿色创新效率的提升具有重要意义.选取2012-2021 年上市制造企业作为研究对象,运用系统GMM模型分析双重环境规制对制造企业绿色创新效率的影响效应,并分别以正式和非正式环境规制为门槛变量,运用面板门槛模型检验双重环境规制与制造企业绿色创新效率之间是否存在非线性关系.结果表明:滞后一期的绿色创新效率对当期的绿色创新效率具有显著的促进作用;正式环境规制对企业绿色创新效率产生明显的抑制作用,且存在双重门槛效应;非正式环境规制对企业绿色创新效率的影响系数显著为正,并存在单一门槛效应,呈现明显的非线性特征.

Abstract

Adequate environmental regulation is essential to improve green innovation efficiency of enterprises.This article selected lis-ted manufacturing enterprises from 2012 to 2021 as research objects,and analyzed the impact of dual environmental regulation on green innovation efficiency of manufacturing enterprises by using system GMM model;and it also examined whether there is a non-linear rela-tionship between dual environmental regulation and green innovation efficiency of manufacturing enterprises by taking formal and infor-mal environmental regulation as the threshold variables and using panel threshold model.The results show that the green innovation ef-ficiency of one-phase lag has a significant promotion effect on the current green innovation efficiency;formal environmental regulation has obvious inhibitory effect on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises and has dual threshold effect;the influence coefficient of informal environmental regulation on green innovation efficiency of enterprises is significantly positive and has single threshold effect,presenting obvious non-linear feature.
