Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property and Enterprise Innovation——A Quasi-natural Experiment Based on the Establishment of Intellectual Property Courts
Based on the data of listed A-share companies from 2011 to 2022,the bi-directional fixed-effect model is used to systemati-cally assess the impact of enhanced judicial protection of intellectual property rights on corporate innovation at the city level.The find-ings are as follows:the establishment of Intellectual Property Courts has significantly promoted the innovation of enterprises in the re-gion,and it is still significant after a series of robustness tests;The establishment of Intellectual Property Courts to promote business in-novation by increasing the efficiency of IP enforcement and awareness of IP protection in the region;The establishment of Intellectual Property Courts has played a more significant role in promoting high-quality innovation.This has enriched the relevant literature on the relationship between judicial protection of intellectual property rights and enterprise innovation,and provided references for promoting high-quality innovation of enterprises and building an intellectual property power.
