知识产权战略与企业数字化转型——基于渐进双重差分模型的实证分析

摘要
知识产权示范城市作为国家知识产权战略实施的先行示范区发挥着重要作用,知识产权战略对企业数字化转型也有积极意义.基于2008-2021 年沪深A股上市公司数据,使用渐进双重差分模型(DID)验证知识产权战略是否对企业数字化转型产生影响.结果表明,知识产权战略能够显著赋能企业数字化转型,通过平行趋势和动态效应检验、安慰剂检验和倾向得分匹配等多种稳健性检验后,结论依然成立;从作用机制来看,知识产权战略通过专利补贴促进效应和技术创新激励效应显著赋能企业数字化转型.
Abstract
As a demonstration area for the implementation of the national intellectual property strategy,the intellectual property demon-stration city plays an important role,and the intellectual property strategy also has positive significance for the digital transformation of en-terprises.Based on the data of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2008 to 2021,this paper uses the staggered difference-in-difference model(DID)to verify whether intellectual property strategy has an impact on enterprises'digital transformation.The results show that the intellectual property strategy can significantly empower the digital transformation of enterprises,and the conclusion is still valid after several robustness tests such as parallel trend and dynamic effect test,placebo test and propensity score matching.From the perspective of the mechanism of action,intellectual property strategy can significantly empower enterprises'dig-ital transformation through the promotion effect of property rights subsidies and the incentive effect of property rights innovation.
